SAN JUAN → ISLA VERDE
Shalom González
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Shalom González is a prolific painter and multimedia artist. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Painting and Humanities, he has participated in both local and international exhibitions and residencies in places such as Argentina, Italy, Austria, the United States and Puerto Rico.
Currently, the artist is located in Isla Verde, where he is working on a new series of his characteristic abstract line drawings. His most recent publications include special front-page features in the art magazines Collect Art Summer Issue and Art Walk Issue #3.
